Claudia Gabriela Motta-Vélez is an Income Member in the Corporate Practice Group.

Ms. Motta's main areas of practice are corporate and international law, antitrust and mergers and acquisitions.

Education

Ms. Motta obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez Campus in 1999, magna cum laude, and a juris doctor degree, suma cum laude, from the Inter American University School of Law in 2002. Ms. Motta obtained an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004.

Ms. Motta is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
