Jan Carlos Bonilla Silva is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Previously, Mr. Bonilla Silva worked as a summer associate for McConnell Valdés during the summers of 2004 and 2005.

Experience

During his last year in law School, Mr. Bonilla Silva practiced Immigration Law as part of the Immigration Law Clinic of the University of Puerto Rico Legal Aid Clinic. He litigated cases before the Immigration Court in Puerto Rico and helped clients obtain legal remedies that were available to them.

Education

Mr. Bonilla Silva obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus in 2003. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico in 2006.

Mr. Bonilla Silva is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
