Rubén Muñiz-Bonilla is an Associate in the Tax Practice Group.

Practice Areas

Mr. Muñiz's practice includes corporate tax, tax incentives laws and general Puerto Rico state and local taxes, such as property, excise and municipal license taxes. Before joining McConnell Valdés, he was a tax associate in the Tax Department of KPMG LLP in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Education

He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, magna cum laude, and a juris doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

Admissions

Mr. Muñiz is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association and the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants.
