Salvador Casellas-Toro is a Capital Member of the Firm and Chairman of the Real Estate and Commercial Financing Practice Group.

He has extensive experience in several areas of commercial law including commercial lending, secured transactions, real estate and mergers and acquisitions.

Education

Mr. Casellas-Toro obtained a Bachelor's Degree in business administration with a major in finance from Georgetown University in 1982 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1985. He also received a Master's Degree in law from Columbia University School of Law in 1988.

Mr. Casellas-Toro is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the District of Columbia.
