Silvestre M. Miranda is a Capital Member in the Real Estate and Commercial Financing Practice Group. He joined the firm as a partner in June of 1996, as a result of a merger between the firm and Ledesma, Palou & Miranda. Mr. Miranda is also member of the Firm's Policy Committee, and part of the Retail Industry and the Hospitality Industry Practice Areas.

Mr. Miranda specializes in commercial law, real estate and general corporate law.

Education

He obtained his B.S.E. from the Wharton School of Finance at University of Pennsylvania in 1965 and a L.L.B. from the University of Puerto Rico in 1968. Member of the University of Puerto Rico Law Journal, 1967.

Admissions

He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
