McConnell Valdés is now a Puerto Rico Limited Liability Company

Effective September 13, 2007 McConnell Valdés changed from a partnership to a Limited Liability Company, or LLC. The announcement was made by the Firm's Managing Director Arturo J. García-Solá. "This change is part of the Firm's strategic plan, which went into effect last December", Mr. García-Solá said.
