Our associates must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and committed to excellence in the practice of law. They must also be willing to make a long term commitment to us. We recruit associates who, in our view, are capable of becoming partners of the firm.
We have no predetermined hiring targets. We make recruitment decisions based on the particular merits and achievements of each applicant and on the specific needs of the firm. Although our preference is to hire attorneys who have participated in our summer program, we welcome outstanding attorneys, including judicial law clerks, who have not worked with us as summer associates.
