This practice area is comprised of a dedicated team of attorneys with experience in areas critical to the private and public construction business. They also advise clients on numerous non-litigation aspects of the construction industry, including contract bidding, drafting and negotiation, closings, advice regarding performance under contracts, environmental concerns and compliance, planning and zoning applications, and bond and insurance claims.
