Our Real Estate Attorneys regularly handle transactions encompassing preparation and negotiation of documentation for real estate transactions, assistance in applying for and obtaining Puerto Rico and federal permits for the development of real estate projects in coordination with the Environmental and Land Use Law Practice Group.
